Executive Leadership

Greg Williams

Greg Williams is the Chairman & CEO of Acrisure, which he co-founded in 2005. With a compounded annual growth rate of 58% since 2013, the Company is over $4 billion in revenue and has averaged more than 100 M&A transactions per year since 2017. Already the 6th largest insurance broker in the world, and largest independent Real Estate Services Company in America, Acrisure is now a global Fintech company with a broad product and service offering.

Greg has extended Acrisure's success into distinct social impact. In 2020, Acrisure pledged $15 million to establish the Center for Innovation in Children's Health at the Helen DeVos Children's Hospital in Grand Rapids, home to Acrisure's global headquarters. And, more recently, Greg spearheaded the creation of Evolution Advisors, a joint venture between Acrisure, NFL Quarterback and Super Bowl Champion Russell Wilson and his wife, Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter, Ciara and NBA All-Star Russell Westbrook. This joint venture is focused on the insurance and financial service needs of minorities and diverse communities.

Prior to founding Acrisure, Greg was an investor and Board Advisor to a variety of companies and was a Vice President for Michigan National Corporation (MNC), a $19 billion bank holding company. As a senior executive at MNC, Greg managed the Commercial Sales and Services Group, was a member of the Corporate Marketing Committee and chaired the Corporate Operations Committee.

Greg Williams

Greg co-founded Acrisure in 2005 and has driven its 58% compounded growth since 2013, increasing revenue from $38 million to over $4 billion. Greg sets our overall strategy that includes capital allocation decisions, corporate development, identification of new verticals to enter, operational efficiency, and deep integration of data, technology, and AI across our business.

Grahame Millwater, Chief Revenue Officer, brings considerable industry experience to revenue growth across Regional and Specialty platforms, carrier relationships and analytical strategies.

He also has the responsibility for driving forward Acrisure’s relationships and strategy with all forms of underwriting capital, including insurers, reinsurers and also insurance related funds. In his role he assumes responsibility for all the market facing elements of the organization, including the reinsurance business, wholesale relationships, Acrisure Partner Solutions (APS), and the Carrier Management team.

Prior to joining, Millwater had led and built Beach and Associates as Chief Executive Officer, a London-based Global Reinsurance Intermediary that partnered with Acrisure in early 2018.

Prior to Beach, Grahame served in a number of senior positions over a 27-year tenure with Willis Group. He was CEO of Willis Re from 2004, and then became President and COO of Willis Group in 2008 with responsibility for all the global and international businesses outside North America.

Grahame Millwater

Grahame leads revenue across our Regional and Specialty platforms, setting our global strategy for revenue, optimizing our distribution network for a wide variety of financial services products, and building the teams to match clients with the best solutions while continuing to develop our culture of growth and client centricity.

As Chief Operating Officer & Chief Administrative Officer at Acrisure, Sozon brings over 15 years of business leadership experience to his current role and is responsible for all operational and administrative functions at Acrisure. Sozon works closely with Acrisure’s Operational Leadership team and Partners to ensure that Acrisure’s Home Office operational and administrative fronts are well-positioned to support the company’s unprecedented growth.

Prior to his current role, Sozon served as Retail Chief Operating Officer, where he oversaw Acrisure’s field operations, and was the Executive Vice President of Employee Benefits, where he worked closely in collaboration with Acrisure’s Partners to build and implement leading employee benefits strategies.

Sozon received his bachelor’s degree from Stetson University and his law degree from Stetson University College of Law.

Sozon Vatikiotis

Sozon is responsible for supporting our unprecedented growth by leading our operational and administrative functions, including the integration of our business into a cohesive global organization that leverages our scale and drives efficiency.

Matt leads our proprietary data, technology, and AI development, oversees our marketing function, which is powered by our data, tech, and AI, and formulates our innovation strategy, which embeds data, tech, and AI throughout every part of our business and organization.

Matt has spent his career using AI, data, technology, and analytics to drive strategic outcomes, marketing campaigns, and creative decisions in high-profile arenas. Notably, he served as the Chief Analytics Officer of Legendary Entertainment, President of Applied Analytics at WarnerMedia, and as a member of the executive leadership team at Tulco Holdings.

Prior to Legendary, Matt founded StratBridge, which had two software solutions, both of which he sold as stand-alone businesses: a “moneyball” player analysis platform used by many organizations in the NFL, NBA, English Premiere League, and Major League Soccer; and dynamic pricing and revenue analysis platform used by many professional sports teams.

In addition to Acrisure, Matt currently serves as a board member, advisor, or investor in Soundhouse LLC, Teton Ridge, Ultranauts, Life Vault, Harvard Data Science Review, Justice Innovation Lab, and the USA for United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR). He earned his MBA at the Tuck School at Dartmouth where he won the Adams Award for Excellence in Entrepreneurship. He graduated from Bowdoin College with Honors, earning majors in economics and mathematics and a minor in art history.

Matthew Marolda

Matt leads our proprietary data, technology, and AI development, oversees our marketing function, which is powered by our data, tech, and AI, and formulates our innovation strategy, which embeds data, tech, and AI throughout every part of our business and organization.

Jason runs our M&A practice, which has averaged more than 100 transactions per year since 2017, and drives deals across all of our financial services vertical sectors.

Over the past decade, Jason was CEO and Board Member of Constellis – a leading provider of operational support and risk management services for the U.S. government. With more than 28,000 employees worldwide, Jason led the consolidation of the government security and logistics services industry creating one of the world’s largest security services companies. In 2016, Jason sold his controlling interest to Apollo Global Management and remained as CEO for the following two years.

Jason began his career with Arthur Andersen Corporate Finance Group and later joined Deloitte's Corporate Finance Group. He subsequently co-managed a large family office with multiple investment platforms spread across several industries and various countries.

Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in finance and accounting, from the University of Michigan

Jason DeYonker

Jason runs our M&A practice, which has averaged more than 100 transactions per year since 2017, and drives deals across all of our financial services vertical sectors.

Ryan Foley

Ryan oversees the legal department, engages on matters affecting our Corporate strategy and operations as well as our Regional and Specialty Platforms, and serves as an advisor to Acrisure’s Executive Leadership on a range of legal, compliance and risk management areas that impact the company.

In his previous role at Acrisure as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Litigation, Ryan supervised a team of professional and paralegal staff and created infrastructure that assisted in managing outside counsel and non-legal vendor spend, reporting and law firm panels. Prior to joining Acrisure, he was a partner at an Am Law 100 firm in the business and insurance litigation practice, and he also previously spent almost a decade with AIG’s corporate law department.

Ryan holds a law degree from Villanova University, and his LL.M. from St. John’s University. Throughout his career, he’s provided pro bono legal services primarily supporting military and veterans’ causes. Currently, he’s a pro bono attorney for the ABA’s Military & Veterans’ Legal Center.
